Restaurant Manager

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Organised, professional, and detail-oriented
- Experience with staff scheduling and team coordination
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent in English (additional languages are considered an asset)
Your Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day restaurant operations
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
- Ensuring high service and hospitality standards
- Managing reservations and guest satisfaction
- Coordinating smoothly with the kitchen team
- Handling operational issues professionally
- Monitoring stock and supplier needs
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
