Restaurant Manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Organised, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with staff scheduling and team coordination
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are considered an asset)

Your Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
  • Ensuring high service and hospitality standards
  • Managing reservations and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinating smoothly with the kitchen team
  • Handling operational issues professionally
  • Monitoring stock and supplier needs
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
